  1. double bodyweight, but not so sinewy that i lose my tatas because a.) i wanna be strong but still get laid and b.) i wanna have the option of running away from bears and shit (or at least attempt to) rather than finding something wickedly heavy to throw at it.

  2. I go mid ground too. A.) Ive done plenty of bulking phases and when I look back at the pictures I think WTF. B.) I've also got skinny as shit doing wrestling, rock climbing, and .com. When i look at those pictures I think WTF. C.) I know have a double bodyweight squat, 4 abs(who needs the bottom two), and not only am I strong and feel strong but I look strong too.

    At my Football cert John said something that stuck with me. "You do curls so you look good in unirform"(Pretty sure I looked down at my arms). Look good play good, Im happy middle of the road between the two choices.
